CNBM Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment Group") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. (Sinoma), which is a listed company under China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. Officially established on February 16, 2023, the Equipment Group was formed through the strategic integration of the equipment businesses of two prestigious Class-A design institutes with over 70 years of history and deep expertise in China’s building materials industry – Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd. The Group has total assets of over RMB 22.5 billion and a workforce of more than 4,700 employees, covering four core business areas: R&D, high-end equipment manufacturing, engineering design, and customer services.

As a professional equipment platform under CNBM, the Equipment Group has developed comprehensive product lines and system solutions for the entire process from quarry crushing to cement delivery, covering production capacities ranging from 700 t/d to 14,000 t/d. Its product portfolio includes well-known brands in pyro equipment, grinding equipment, crushing equipment, environmental protection equipment, conveying and metering equipment, automation control systems, steel structures, and wear-resistant materials. These products are widely used across industries such as building materials, mining, metallurgy, power, coal, chemicals, and environmental protection.

The Equipment Group has been approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) as a "Sci-Tech Reform Demonstration Enterprise." It has twice received the Nomination Award of the China Industry Award, and boasts one international-level technical exchange platform, four national-level technological innovation platforms, two postdoctoral research stations, and six provincial- and ministerial-level enterprise technology centers and R&D pilot bases. The Group has been honored with titles including National Key High-tech Enterprise, National Model Enterprise for Technological Innovation, National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, Patent Pilot Enterprise in the Industrial Sector, National Manufacturing Single Champion Demonstration Enterprise (first and second batches), and the Seventh Batch of National Manufacturing Single Champion Products. It also has 19 high-tech enterprises under its umbrella. Among its specialized subsidiaries, four have been recognized as national-level "Little Giant" enterprises for specialization, sophistication, distinctiveness, and innovation, and ten have been recognized as provincial-level specialized and sophisticated SMEs.
